ALLERGEN INFO:
Wheat Allergies: we use only wheat-free organic soy sauce. All our breads are made with wheat, but we can substitute with a lettuce wrap or items can be served over a bed of baby greens upon request. Some of our dessert items contain wheat/gluten, but some are gluten-free, so please ask.
ABOUT OUR INGREDIENTS:
Almost all of the ingredients for our sauces, dressings and condiments are organic. All of our sweeteners are organic. A lot of our produce is organic, rotating weekly based on availability. Everything is non-GMO, including the rice bran oil we use. All of our breads are made with unbleached flour.
BURGERS are served on sesame seed buns, and sandwiches are served on the specific breads listed in their descriptions. We can substitute pumpernickel, sourdough, or corn-rye for any sandwich or burger upon request. For a gluten-free option, sandwiches and burgers can also be served in a lettuce wrap, or on a bed of baby greens upon request.
Sandwiches come with your choice of a side: salad or coleslaw.
